We’re excited to announce the addition of the Training Request Template to Freshdesk. This template streamlines the process for submitting training-related requests, whether you need new materials, one-pagers, or specific training programs.

How to Submit a Training Request:

  1. Select "New Ticket":

    • Start by clicking the "New Ticket" button within Freshdesk.
  2. Choose the "Training Request" Template:

    • Under Ticket Templates, select "Training Request" to ensure your submission is routed correctly.
  3. Provide Detailed Information:

    • In the ticket form, be as specific as possible in the description, detailing what training or materials are needed. This helps expedite the process and ensures your request is accurately fulfilled.

Who Can Use This Template:

  • This template is designed exclusively for managers and directors.
  • Agents should continue reaching out directly via Teams for assistance with finding resources or general training-related questions.

Similar Process to Internal Dev. Requests:

Submitting a training request follows the same steps as submitting an internal development ticket, making it easy for managers and directors to adopt this new workflow.
