Navigate to the Client Search Tab
Begin by accessing the Admin Portal and selecting the Client Search tab. This is where you can locate the client using their unique GPID.Locate the Client Using the GPID
Enter the client's GPID into the search field to find their information. This ensures you're working with the correct client details.Access Uberall Settings
Once you’ve found the correct client, navigate to the Actions section and select Settings. From there, click on the Uberall tab.Edit User Information
In the User Info section, you’ll find the client's email address, first name, and last name. This is where you can make any necessary changes to the client’s user information. Be sure to double-check all entries to avoid errors.
Recent Updates to Uberall User Creation
To improve efficiency and reduce the need for troubleshooting, the email verification step has been removed during the sign-up process for SEO Listing services. This update is designed to streamline the process for new users, reducing common issues.
Please Note: The email verification update currently applies only to new users. Existing users will not be affected by this change for the time being.
