Additional Edits in Freshdesk Tickets


Can I request additional edits after a ticket is assigned or resolved?


Once a ticket is assigned or resolved, additional edits cannot be made. If there was an error in the original request, we will correct it immediately. For new requests:

  • Create a new child ticket.

  • If urgent, managers can expedite the request.
